Currently underway is the construction of a breathtaking contemporary new build property in Publow, near Bristol.

This single-storey dwelling boasts four spacious bedrooms and a generously sized open-plan living space.

The house stands out with its low mono-pitch roof featuring exposed internal rafters, providing excellent solar shading on the south/western sides of the site to minimize solar gain during the summer months. This design choice also adds height to the internal spaces, complemented by north-facing glazing at high levels, flooding the interiors with additional light.

The house is adorned with contemporary, high-quality materials, including timber and render for the walls, alongside a sleek zinc standing seam roof. Positioned on a large site, the property maximizes amenity space to the front and rear, capitalizing on fantastic views and abundant daylight to the south.
