Wiltshire House Extension

Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this project required a sensitive solution to ensure the existing landscape was not harmed by a contemporary addition to this detached house. By setting the extension back from the main frontage, it has the feel of a secondary element.

The extension wraps around the side and rear of the house, allowing the internal living space to be enlarged and opened-up into one area, allowing for an improved relationship with the private, rear gardens.

The large picture window at the front maximises views over the countryside, whilst a terrace over the rear extension ensures a variety of private spaces are formed for the homeowners to enjoy.

Black timber cladding and new windows ensure the extension is a sleek and stylish addition.
